Terms of service

Last updated: 2 October 2026

These terms apply to Quietools Lists (“the add-on”), provided by Matthieu Bour, EI (BOUR MATTHIEU RENE MARCEL), an individual business registered in France under SIRET 934 037 599 00016, 851 rue de Villeneuve, 01300 Groslée-Saint-Benoît, France (“we”). By installing or using the add-on, you accept them.

The add-on

Quietools Lists fills the choices of Google Forms™ questions from ranges in Google Sheets™. It runs on Google’s platform and depends on Google’s services being available.

Free and full versions

The free version allows one link per form, updated when you click Update now. The full version adds unlimited links, automatic updates after each response and automatic closing and reopening of the form. A license can be activated on up to 3 Google accounts, or 25 for the Team plan.

Payment, renewal and cancellation

Purchases are made through Polar, our merchant of record, whose terms apply to the payment. Yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel them from your Polar customer portal; the full version then stays active until the end of the period already paid. The lifetime license is paid once and does not expire.

Refunds

If the full version doesn’t work for you, write to support@quietools.app within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.

Fair use

Don’t share a license key beyond its activation limit, and don’t use the add-on to break the law or Google’s policies.

Availability and changes

The add-on is provided as is. We work to keep it reliable, but we can’t guarantee it will run without interruption, especially when Google changes its services. We may improve or change features; if a change removes a paid feature, you can ask for a refund of the unused part of your plan.

Liability

Check your forms before you share them. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
